TL;DR

HR Project Manager (AI): Driving operational rigor and structure for key People initiatives including performance cycles, promotions, and employee surveys with an accent on cross-functional coordination and process optimization. Focus on building project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring seamless execution of cyclical HR programs in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or able to work from Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON.

What you will do

  • Drive People programs including promotions, performance reviews, merit cycles, and engagement surveys.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across HR, Compensation, Analytics, Payroll, and business leadership.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action logs to ensure operational consistency.
  • Execute pulse survey cycles, including communication planning and follow-up action tracking.
  • Surface risks early and help leadership transition from conceptual ideas to concrete execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or People Operations.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining clarity and pace.
  • Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology, which may require citizenship or permanent residency status.
