• Provide operational support for learning and training initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and enablement strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned tasks.
• Work independently to identify and resolve issues with minimal guidance.

• Trailhead certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with video creation tools like Synthesia.
• Background in communications design or change management.
