Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Salary: $37,500–$59,000 (for the 6-month contract duration)

What you will do
- Support company-wide initiatives including engagement surveys and performance review cycles.
- Manage complex global mobility and immigration cases, ensuring legal compliance and smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with Employer of Record partners to support company expansion plans.
- Identify and implement improvements to operations and service delivery within the Shared Services model.
- Provide support for employment-related inquiries regarding benefits, leave, and policies via ticketing systems.
- Partner with People Business Partners and functional teams to execute ad hoc projects and business goals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional maturity and discretion when handling sensitive employee data.
- Proficiency in project management and analytical reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities independently.
- Must be based in Chicago for hybrid office requirements.

- Prior experience working with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday.
