What you will do

  • Own and operationalize the growth-enabling partnership portfolio, including taxonomy, selection principles, and QBR rhythms.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage commercial partnerships to drive partner-sourced pipeline, ARR, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure partner-driven opportunities are technically feasible and aligned with customer workflows.
  • Develop mutual action plans and success criteria for priority partners to ensure measurable growth and impact.
  • Utilize AI, automation, and CRM tools to scale partner operations, synthesize market signals, and reduce manual coordination.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership on build vs. partner vs. buy decisions based on mission fit and commercial coherence.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record of scaling partner ecosystems and driving measurable growth through partner-sourced pipeline or ARR.
  • Strong commercial judgment with experience negotiating complex agreements, revenue share, and referral models.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Finance) without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the USA and comfortable with regular travel (1–2 trips per month).
  • Deep alignment with the mission of advancing health equity and patient outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with partner categories such as ACOs, CINs, payers, EHR ecosystems, or public-health networks.
  • Background in nonprofit, safety-net, or hybrid revenue models.
  • Experience scaling partnership functions in transformation-stage organizations.
