What you will do
- Own and operationalize the growth-enabling partnership portfolio, including taxonomy, selection principles, and QBR rhythms.
- Source, negotiate, and manage commercial partnerships to drive partner-sourced pipeline, ARR, and co-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure partner-driven opportunities are technically feasible and aligned with customer workflows.
- Develop mutual action plans and success criteria for priority partners to ensure measurable growth and impact.
- Utilize AI, automation, and CRM tools to scale partner operations, synthesize market signals, and reduce manual coordination.
- Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership on build vs. partner vs. buy decisions based on mission fit and commercial coherence.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of scaling partner ecosystems and driving measurable growth through partner-sourced pipeline or ARR.
- Strong commercial judgment with experience negotiating complex agreements, revenue share, and referral models.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Finance) without direct authority.
- Must be based in the USA and comfortable with regular travel (1–2 trips per month).
- Deep alignment with the mission of advancing health equity and patient outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience with partner categories such as ACOs, CINs, payers, EHR ecosystems, or public-health networks.
- Background in nonprofit, safety-net, or hybrid revenue models.
- Experience scaling partnership functions in transformation-stage organizations.
