What you will do

• Own workplans for analyses, manage checklists, and ensure on-time, accurate delivery across multiple project tasks.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support negotiation strategy and financial modeling.
• Develop and refine analyses and models in Excel; create clear exhibits, slides, and supporting documentation for client deliverables.
• Conduct industry and market research (payer dynamics, contracting terms, market context) and synthesize findings into structured insights.
• Apply quality control and auditing practices, including reasonableness checks and independent validation of results.
• Begin to assist and/or supervise Associates by delegating tasks, reviewing work product, and providing feedback; support routine client interactions by presenting analysis sections and managing follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (including internships, analyst roles, or consulting experience).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and produce clear, defensible outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain methods and results clearly.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional analytical tools such as Access, SQL, SAS, Stata, R, Python, or Tableau.
