Location: Remote (US) excluding AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI
Salary: $117,000 – $135,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Build and own the RCM reporting infrastructure using data from Athena Health, Zuora, and NetSuite.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards covering AR aging, DSO, denial rates, and cash collection rates.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional RCM initiatives and serve as the primary contact for Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
- Manage the RCM SOP library and the organizational issue log to ensure operational governance.
- Execute the team operating structure and design onboarding programs for new RCM hires.
- Prepare executive briefing materials, board-ready summaries, and weekly leadership decks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare analytics, or operational leadership.
- Strong analytical skills to extract and synthesize complex RCM data for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional healthcare projects from design to implementation.
- Working knowledge of billing, eligibility, AR, and denial management processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools or SQL is preferred.
- Must be based in the US (excluding specific restricted states).
