Location: Remote (Canada)
Salary: CA$150K–CA$190K (estimated base) + equity

What you will do
- Define and drive the growth product strategy and roadmap, owning top-of-funnel, activation, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to identify high-impact growth levers and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to build and optimize growth surfaces (onboarding flows, upsell/upgrade moments, referral mechanics, pricing page experiences).
- Partner with marketing, revenue operations, and sales to align the customer journey from first touch to paid conversion and expansion.
- Use quantitative analysis and qualitative research to understand user behavior and prioritize the growth roadmap.
- Own and report growth metrics (signups, activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, time-to-value, net revenue retention) to leadership.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Canada
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in growth, lifecycle, or monetization.
- Proven track record improving growth metrics via product-led experimentation.
- Strong quantitative skills (funnel/cohort analysis, statistical significance) and experience with Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Experience running A/B tests end-to-end (hypothesis, instrumentation, analysis, rollout decisions).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced agile environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered products, especially onboarding/activation for technically novel tools.
- Familiarity with legaltech/compliance or B2B SaaS where buyer and end user differ.
- Experience with pricing and packaging (freemium, trial, seat-based monetization).
- Background in growth engineering, data science, or marketing.
