Salary: $118,000 – $255,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and evangelize the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the L4B Services Journey.
• Build relationships across product, engineering, data science, sales, and marketing to align shared goals.
• Own complex, multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end from requirements to execution.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across the user lifecycle.
• Communicate strategies, tradeoffs, and status to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B domain.
• Strong ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM-powered tools to improve product experiences and decision-making.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or relevant experience.
