Location: Rock Island, IL (On-site). Must have Top Secret clearance to start.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 a year

What you will do

• Manage VTC operations, including scheduling, verifying, and monitoring all JWICS VTCs.
• Install and test VTC and VOIP equipment at HQ AMC and subordinate commands.
• Provide user training on VTC equipment and processes via hands-on or written documentation.
• Manage JWICS network access, including account creation, password resets, and printer installations.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance metrics and activity reports (WAR).
• Coordinate with Government IT representatives to approve changes to the VTC baseline.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance (Must have to start).
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+, CCNA, CSA+, GSEC+, or SSCP).
• 5+ years of experience in Helpdesk, Network Support, or VTC Support.
• Ability to work within a SCIF environment.
