Salary: $100,000 – $145,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead IT outfitting and communications efforts for headquarters facility stand-up and relocation.
• Design, build, and sustain secure and non-secure network environments including NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.
• Manage the full lifecycle of exercise IT systems from setup to teardown.
• Engineer secure voice, video, and data services for operational missions.
• Provide responsive IT support to senior leadership and headquarters staff.
• Ensure continuous operational readiness and compliance of all IT systems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in secure, mission-critical IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with classified networks (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, MPE).
• Experience supporting command posts or operations centers.
• Strong systems administration and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Defense or Space Force missions.
• Certifications: Security+, Network+, CCNA/CCNP, CASP+, CISSP, or ITIL.
• Experience with RMF processes and cybersecurity compliance.
• Experience leading small technical teams.
