What you will do

• Manage a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to implement global programs and design country-specific education plans.
• Lead HCP activities, including the design and execution of KOL training and scientific advisory boards.
• Create and localize educational content for webinars, podcasts, and workshops.
• Own responsibility for all compliance aspects of HCP relationships, including contracts, reporting, and payments.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Dental Solutions to provide input for business plans and marketing programs.
• Train internal team members and continuously improve internal educational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience leading and organizing customer education.
• 3+ years of experience managing KOLs.
• 3+ years of practice in dentistry or dental-related disciplines.
• Must be legally authorized to work in China without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
• Experience in customer education within private, public, government, or military environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
