What you will do
- Maintain, optimize, and govern training content hosted on SharePoint and other learning platforms.
- Partner with L&D team members and subject matter experts to ensure materials are accurate and current.
- Support platform optimization, including SharePoint page development and document management.
- Coordinate administrative execution activities to enable effective onboarding and role-based learning.
- Ensure high attention to detail regarding version control and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training and experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in training, learning operations, or administrative support.
- Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development and document management.
- Experience supporting learning platforms such as LMS or document repositories.
- Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
- English language proficiency required
