What you will do

• Develop and maintain enablement resources, training programs, and best-practice documentation for the product management community.
• Manage the governance and day-to-day operations of product management tooling, including configuration and roadmap quality standards.
• Track and report on product management health metrics and enablement effectiveness using data-driven dashboards.
• Coordinate leadership forums and product councils to drive alignment and resolve blockers across cross-functional teams.
• Design repeatable frameworks and playbooks to improve execution quality and support change adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in product management with a focus on product operations, program management, or PM enablement.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional tooling such as Aha, Productboard, Pendo, Atlassian, or Jira.
• Experience creating product management playbooks, training, or enablement resources.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using dashboards to influence leadership decisions.
• Must be located in the USA (specifically Massachusetts as per listing).
