What you will do

• Develop and shape the MedSurg business strategy based on regional ICS market knowledge.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with senior NHS executives and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial collaborations within the ICS to maximize profitable growth.
• Build a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network to validate and shape MedSurg solutions.
• Implement value and outcome-based strategies for senior customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Medical, Scientific, or Business discipline.
• Advanced experience in the Wound care or MedTech market.
• Proven track record of influencing senior decision-makers within the healthcare market, preferably at ICS level.
• Strong commercial skills, including contract negotiation and business case submission.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
