What you will do
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles ranging from 6 to 24 months involving procurement, legal, and technical teams.
- Identify and pursue large enterprise opportunities with contract values between $500k and $5M+.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute regional territory plans for the UK, Europe, Nordics, and Middle East.
- Collaborate with product, technical, and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Forecast revenue pipeline, manage sales metrics, and consistently exceed targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development with a track record of closing large deals.
- Experience managing long-term sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders.
- Background in SaaS, software, managed services, or B2B technology.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
