What you will do

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders at the Metropolitan Police, including the Commissioner and their team.
  • Manage the commercial and contractual relationship, including procurement processes and contract negotiations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to ensure revenue and margin targets are met.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful delivery of programmes and resolution of client issues.
  • Position the company as a trusted strategic partner for mission-critical public safety solutions.
  • Take full financial ownership for the account, managing resources and costs effectively.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the UK Policing market, specifically the Metropolitan Police and associated stakeholders like the Home Office or CPS.
  • Proven track record in business development and managing significant key customer accounts.
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage and shape complex sales opportunities from inception to successful outcome.
  • Must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills with the ability to act as a thought leader.
