Salary: $120,000 – $155,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end administration, governance, and execution of sales compensation programs as the company scales.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Accounting to ensure payouts are accurate, efficient, and compliant.
- Manage recurring compensation processes and complex workflows with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Identify and implement improvements to workflows, controls, and system administration to increase scalability.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to GTM leadership on compensation reporting and governance.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, FP&A, or a related finance/operational role.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfort handling sensitive, high-impact data and performing complex calculations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and non-finance partners.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales compensation tools such as SPIFF (strongly preferred), CaptivateIQ, or Varicent.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, or Sigma.
- WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
