What you will do

• Maintain driver-based ARR forecast models and product-level revenue projections.
• Build and manage dynamic working capital and cash flow forecasts.
• Perform customer cohort analytics, including churn, expansion, and retention metrics.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare narrative commentary for executive and board audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to automate data transformation, documentation, and model logic.
• Provide rapid-turnaround ad hoc analysis for leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in a Canadian province where hirify.global is registered.
• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS FP&A with strong financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex financial modeling.
• Active and effective use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for professional tasks.
• Ability to work independently and own planning cycles without step-by-step direction.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Experience with SQL or financial systems like NetSuite, Hubspot, or Salesforce.
