What you will do

• Build and maintain the company-wide rolling forecast and consolidated three-statement operating model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage the 3–5 year long-range plan using scenario-driven modeling to inform capital allocation.
• Perform monthly actuals vs. budget/forecast analysis to identify performance drivers and risks.
• Prepare monthly financials and quarterly board decks with clear commentary for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting to align financial reporting, close processes, and forecasts.
• Manage FP&A systems (Adaptive Planning / Pigment), including data integrations and system updates.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate FP&A or Strategic Finance at a technology or high-growth SaaS company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for driver-based and three-statement financial modeling.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, gross retention, NRR, CAC payback, Rule of 40).
• Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive Planning or Pigment.
• Must be based in the New York City Office.

Nice to have

• Experience in small to medium sized public tech companies.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate analysis and model building.
