TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (SaaS): Serving as the finance lead for the global Partner Services organization, managing P&L, revenue forecasting, and strategic financial modeling. Focus on providing data-driven insights to executive leadership, optimizing channel investments, and automating financial workflows using AI and BI tools.

Location: Must be based in Austin, TX and able to work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in-office)

Compensation: $80,399 – $135,969

What you will do

• Own end-to-end financial management of global partner services revenue and cost structures.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for revenue forecasting and channel profitability.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic recommendations on investment and growth.
• Manage bottoms-up headcount forecasting and real-time people cost analysis.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Leverage AI tools and BI platforms like Looker or Tableau to automate reporting and improve data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis within a SaaS or ehirify.global company.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC, NRR).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with in-person attendance 3 days per week in Austin.
• Proven ability to present financial insights to VP+ leadership.
