What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to final contract closing for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic networking, partnerships, and outbound efforts.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to demonstrate the value of the platform to founders and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales processes, playbooks, and the definition of the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and detailed records within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to engage and negotiate with C-level decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales goals in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive mindset with a bias towards action and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex payment innovations into business value.
