Salary: $100,700 - $141,750 (depending on tier/location)

What you will do

• Analyze defaulted Home Equity Investments to develop effective recovery and loss mitigation strategies.
• Manage relationships and collaborate with customers, investors, attorneys, and Subservicers.
• Conduct audits and call monitoring of Subservicers to ensure adherence to servicing standards.
• Train and coach team members on new processes, policies, and technical procedures.
• Ensure rigorous regulatory compliance and maintain accurate documentation for all default scenarios.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the proprietary servicing system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, HELOC, or Home Equity Investment (HEI) servicing, specifically in default management.
• Deep technical knowledge of foreclosure navigation and the ability to interpret title reports.
• Proven experience in subservicer oversight, auditing, and compliance monitoring.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data to build effective loss mitigation plans.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states of operation.
