What you will do

  • Identify risks in benefit plans using data analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Clean and interpret raw data from primary and secondary sources to ensure database integrity.
  • Design and maintain analysis tools and models to map trends and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to review client utilization reports and suggest plan changes.
  • Draft accurate exhibits and reports for quarterly and annual client meetings.
  • Provide oversight and training for future data analysts.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Advanced or expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with group insurance products is strongly preferred.
