Base Salary: $55,300 - $76,075

What you will do

• Provide over-the-phone guidance on employer-sponsored retirement accounts during key life transitions.
• Analyze and discuss 401K and IRA options to align with customer savings goals.
• Educate customers on retirement plan specifics and compare available options.
• Work to deepen and maintain customer relationships with the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance or goal-oriented roles, preferably in asset growth.
• Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no CPT/OPT).
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with inbound or phone-based consultation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of IRAs and the qualified retirement plan environment.
