TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage TPV and procurement inventories, prioritizing workloads to eliminate backlog risks.
  • Lead, train, and mentor onshore team members and offshore vendor partners.
  • Monitor and ensure daily and weekly SLA performance targets are consistently met.
  • Resolve complex or time-sensitive operational issues by engaging external agencies and third-party stakeholders.
  • Serve as the operational lead in client meetings and drive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Dallas, TX.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in operations, loan servicing, or client services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing hybrid operational models, including offshore vendor coordination.
  • Proven ability to influence, motivate, train, and mentor team members.
  • Experience managing production queues and compiling performance reports for senior management.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
