What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of onboarding specialists managing the client journey from kickoff to launch.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including launch volume, time-to-launch, CSAT, and pre-launch churn.
• Handle client escalations with urgency and provide coaching to the team for resolution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Fulfillment, Sales, and Engineering to eliminate handoff friction.
• Develop and implement a structured 30/60/90 day onboarding plan for new hires.
• Drive process improvements and maintain internal documentation to identify workflow gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing operations, onboarding, or implementation roles.
• 1+ years of experience managing and leading teams in a metrics-driven environment.
• Proven track record of hitting team targets and improving performance over time.
• Experience working cross-functionally within a fast-moving, high-growth company.
• Proficiency in tracking KPIs via spreadsheets or BI tools and familiarity with CRM systems.
