Senior Channel Sales Operations Specialist (SaaS): Leading transformative initiatives to drive operational excellence across the partner ecosystem with an accent on channel program mechanics, pipeline tracking, and scalable infrastructure. Focus on building data-driven reporting frameworks, optimizing partner-facing tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale indirect revenue motions.

Location: Hybrid work environment, with an expectation for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney to be in the office at least twice per week.

Salary: $100,300 – $135,700 CAD (based on geographical region and experience).

What you will do

  • Own the operational infrastructure for the global partner ecosystem, including reseller and referral segments.
  • Design and maintain partner-attributed pipeline tracking and reporting frameworks in Salesforce.
  • Configure and manage partner-facing tools and systems to ensure efficient execution and data integrity.
  • Support channel sales leadership with pipeline inspection, forecasting, and territory routing logic.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Legal to operationalize go-to-market motions and incentive programs.
  • Identify operational challenges and build scalable solutions to improve partner growth and program performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Channel/Partner Operations within a technology company.
  • Deep familiarity with channel program mechanics such as deal registration, tiering, and co-sell frameworks.
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce objects, reporting, and channel-specific attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools and building performance models in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage organizational change and build scalable operational processes.
  • Experience with sales and channel tech stacks such as SalesLoft, ChiliPiper, Gong, or ZoomInfo.
