Technical Recruiter IV

Location: San Francisco, California

Salary: $45–$50 per hour

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Source, engage, pipeline, and qualify candidates through inbound and outbound channels.
• Develop recruiting strategies for current openings and future talent pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with talent attraction, sourcing, coordination, and recruiting teams to provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Use AI recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and data-driven insights to improve hiring decisions and streamline recruiting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
• Experience recruiting in a large, high-volume, fast-paced organization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity under pressure.
• Consultative approach with data-informed decision-making and market intelligence.
• Proficiency with AI recruiting tools and ATS platforms; Workday experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting managerial- to VP-level hiring.
• Agency recruiting and high-volume hiring experience.
