What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across multiple departments.
• Source and engage candidates via inbound and outbound channels in collaboration with Talent Attraction teams.
• Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently.
• Develop and execute strategies to build a future-ready candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners and coordinators to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilize AI recruiting tools and ATS platforms (Workday) to streamline the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technology or professional services within a large organization.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives.
• Strong track record of meeting hiring goals in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with AI recruiting tools and ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred).
• Experience supporting hiring for managerial to VP-level roles.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, California
