Technical Recruiter (Hardware): Building scalable technical recruiting strategies and full-cycle hiring processes for hardware and manufacturing teams with an accent on passive-candidate sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, and candidate experience. Focus on designing equitable interview processes, closing high-performing candidates, and improving recruiting funnel efficiency in a rapidly scaling aerospace organization.
Location: Fully onsite in Cape Canaveral, Florida, United States, five days per week
Salary: $49–$68 USD per hour

What you will do
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting for hardware-focused roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define talent needs and sourcing strategies.
- Source, engage, manage, and close candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Develop creative approaches to engage passive candidates using market insights, data, and industry expertise.
- Improve recruiting funnels, interview frameworks, tools, and equitable hiring processes.
- Advocate for a strong candidate experience and advise interview teams throughout the process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-scaling, high-growth organizations.
- Proven success sourcing passive talent and filling early- to mid-career roles.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers on targeted sourcing strategies.
- Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies.
- Experience improving recruiting processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to work onsite in Cape Canaveral five days per week.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in rapidly scaling hardware or manufacturing organizations.
- Experience managing high-volume non-exempt hiring and specialized exempt searches simultaneously.
- Ability to pivot quickly between departments, priorities, and hiring needs.
