What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement operations and achieve long-term goals.
• Collect and analyze procurement performance data and monitor supplier, inventory, and spend trends.
• Align key metrics with finance and production using advanced knowledge of ERP, P2P, and AP solutions.
• Document existing processes to ensure operational continuity and maintain knowledge sharing.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to encourage innovation and proactive problem-solving.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and global quality regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations.
• Proficiency in SAP Materials Management or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
• Must be able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
