Location: Remote (USA). Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time for customer visits and team collaboration.

Salary: $110,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Own, refine, and prioritize the CCS product backlog, drafting clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Translate roadmap initiatives for Forms and Referral Management platforms into actionable epics and features.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and UX to resolve requirements ambiguity and triage defects.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate product operations, documentation, and backlog grooming.
• Coordinate UAT, customer pilots, and internal enablement for sales and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst on a software product team.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology (Care Coordination, HIM, EHR/EMR, or clinical workflows).
• Proven expertise owning a product backlog within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project tooling.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% for customer discovery and team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Computer Science preferred.

Nice to have

• CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
• Experience supporting 0-to-1 product builds from concept to launch.
• Advanced use of AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to automate routine product documentation.
