What you will do

• Lead four departments comprising architects, developers, QA engineers, and database specialists.
• Partner with Product, QA, and Architecture teams to define and execute technical roadmaps.
• Drive the adoption of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development processes.
• Ensure development processes comply with regulatory and audit requirements such as ISAE3402.
• Manage and mentor leaders across geographically distributed teams in Europe, Vietnam, China, and the US.
• Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and engineering to ensure delivery meets business expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in engineering leadership.
• Proven success leading global teams delivering SaaS or enterprise B2B products.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and development methodologies.
• Experience with governance, compliance, and audit-driven development processes.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Coventry, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with eCommerce solutions and EDI platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
