Senior Recruiter (RPO)

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of recruiting for multiple open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify sourcing channels and apply creative techniques to attract qualified candidates.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate skill sets, selection decisions, and company fit.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, key influencers, and candidates while managing the candidate experience.
• Monitor industry trends and recruitment technology to support continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing the full life cycle recruiting process.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions while meeting deadlines.
