What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and carriers professionally.
• Place outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate customer service notes and documentation within the CRM system.
• Process client requests, policy changes, and updates via various communication channels.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
• Collaborate with the team to share information and contribute to a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to manage multiple systems and applications.
• Professional communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions with empathy.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry.
• Active Life & Health license (IL).
