• Process high-volume requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy and meeting service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve carrier compliance issues or discrepancies.
• Prioritize and multitask effectively while handling a high volume of approvals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Solid understanding of or experience in logistics or transportation.
• Proven ability to research and analyze information using various software platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
