What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors within the dropship program.
• Monitor and verify that order processing aligns with established SLAs.
• Analyze vendor performance data and identify compliance gaps using reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive corrective actions and improve performance.
• Conduct vendor audits and maintain detailed compliance records.
• Support vendor onboarding and update SOPs and guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Experience in Ecommerce or dropshipping is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
