What you will do

• Identify, select, and contract new Delivery Service Providers to expand the logistics network.
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure all partners meet legal and documentary compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of backup partners to ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee the onboarding and transition of new carriers to the operational delivery teams.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, specifically targeting the integration of electric vehicles into the carrier fleet.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams and the local Iberia unit to align strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to support the Iberia team.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a focus on logistics and the Last Mile market.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Experience in managing contracts and ensuring legal compliance.
• Affinity with green logistics and fleet electrification.
