Location: Hybrid: Must work in person in the NYC office 2 days per week
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and collaborator for the COO and CPO, aligning their time with business objectives.
- Manage complex professional and personal calendars, including internal/external meetings and international travel.
- Streamline the interview process by managing schedules within Greenhouse and supporting the HR team.
- Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and presentations to set executives up for success.
- Coordinate executive offsites, internal events, team lunches, and client engagements.
- Support company-wide cultural initiatives including DE&I, ESG, and Philanthropy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, project management, or Executive Administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong communication skills for professional interaction with all levels, including the board of directors.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound critical thinking.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work in-office 2 days per week.
