What you will do

• Process invoices and expenses for timely payment.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Assist the accounting team with annual audit preparation.
• Maintain accurate records through high-volume data entry.
• Analyze and process financial data using Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cambridge, MA or surrounding area.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and high-volume data entry.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
