Salary: $158,720–$218,240 (plus 45% incentive)

What you will do

• Drive strategic implementation of active portfolio management at the regional and product level.
• Partner with underwriting teams to deliver analytical insights and optimize portfolio performance.
• Identify, scope, and evaluate the ROI of high-impact analytical models and project pipelines.
• Collaborate with actuarial and claims partners to ensure underwriting actions are quantified and understood.
• Lead training and enablement initiatives to promote a data-centric culture among underwriters.
• Monitor key performance drivers and provide insights to steer portfolio strategy during business planning.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in analytics, pricing, underwriting, or portfolio management within US Commercial/Specialty lines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of actuarial principles and insurance data.
• US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Advanced ability to manipulate and analyze large, complex datasets.
• Proven track record of building alliances and influencing stakeholders across large organizations.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Certifications: ACAS/FCAS, CPCU, ASA, PMP, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience working within a business unit or underwriting function.
