What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of strategy for the commercial package product portfolio in the Small Commercial Business Unit.
• Drive profitable growth through disciplined underwriting, sound product strategy, and effective portfolio management.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, distribution, claims, operations, and technology teams to advance pricing and underwriting capabilities.
• Monitor underwriting frameworks and evaluate portfolio performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage assigned product lines to achieve profit, revenue, loss ratio, and expense targets.
• Act as a subject matter expert on industry trends and best practices to educate the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of multiline package experience in underwriting, product management, pricing, or actuarial disciplines.
• Expert-level knowledge of coverage forms, exclusions, exposure, pricing, and loss forecasting.
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
