• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative auto and umbrella insurance products.
• Own P&L and operational performance for new and evolving product offerings.
• Drive product innovation using customer insights, data, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in insurance, product management, or underwriting.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven expertise in product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of insurance product regulations and risk frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
