What you will do

• Govern the end-to-end automation product backlog across AI, ML, and Data Science squads.
• Coach Product Owners to translate complex healthcare revenue cycle use cases into actionable specifications.
• Align backlog priorities with executive leadership and R&D strategy.
• Drive execution accountability, managing dependencies, risks, and blockers across squads.
• Establish and track performance metrics including model accuracy and system-level KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of senior product ownership experience (or 14+ years without a degree).
• 5+ years of experience managing automation requirements for AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or NLP teams.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and product operations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and attend on-site onboarding.
