Salary: $124,397 – $138,003 per year

What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the pod's work backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Quantify the value case for initiatives, focusing on cost savings, efficiency gains, and risk reduction.
• Manage alignment and expectations across executive leadership and functional organizations.
• Identify risks early and track progress through delivered outcomes rather than activities.
• Act as the final authority on acceptance and validation for built features to ensure they meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience owning a product backlog and making independent prioritization decisions.
• Experience working with engineering teams to ship software in a technology-driven environment.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRM, or MES.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executive-level stakeholders.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical applications.
• Experience in system modernization or legacy replacement efforts.
• Background in manufacturing, defense, or complex enterprise environments.
