Salary: $150,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end patient-facing product surfaces, from onboarding and intake to medication workflows and retention.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into intuitive consumer experiences that reduce patient anxiety.
• Partner with engineering to ship technically sound APIs, data models, and AI-enabled workflows across web and mobile.
• Define and track core product metrics including activation, conversion, and repeat-visit rates using SQL and PostHog.
• Prototype interactions using Figma, v0, and AI coding tools to validate ideas before engineering implementation.
• Collaborate with clinical and compliance teams to design AI experiences with appropriate safeguards and human review.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or technical founder experience with consumer-facing products.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data models, backend workflows, and AI implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools like PostHog or Amplitude.
• Proven track record of improving consumer engagement, retention, and activation metrics.
• Ability to work in San Francisco for regular in-person build sprints.
• AI-native working style using tools like Cursor, Claude, or Replit.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other trust-sensitive regulated consumer categories.
• Previous experience at high-craft AI companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Perplexity.
