TL;DR

Account Executive, Enterprise (Cybersecurity): Hunting new business opportunities and driving growth within the Enterprise sector for a market-leading enterprise password manager with an accent on strategic account planning, value-based selling, and pipeline management. Focus on navigating complex sales cycles, expanding existing accounts, and engaging C-suite executives to deliver solutions that solve customer challenges.

Location: Remote within Canada and the US, with required regular travel for customer-facing activities and in-person onboarding in Toronto. Primary work location is home office, but role requires mobility and flexibility for travel within and occasionally outside assigned territory.

Salary: $121,000–$175,000 USD annual base salary (commission-eligible)

What you will do

  • Manage a territory focused on target accounts and an existing book of business (2501+ employees), hunting new business and driving growth in the Enterprise sector.
  • Upsell into the existing account base, leveraging the Extended Access Management platform.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, utilizing MEDDPPICC.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to navigate complex sales cycles (6-12 months) and meet/exceed annual sales quotas.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent hirify.global and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (BDR, Solutions, Channels, Customer Success) and partners to develop tailored solutions.
  • Present confidently to C-suite executives, articulating value propositions and utilizing negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling & cross-selling and uncovering customer pain points.
  • Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, territory management, business acumen, executive presence, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, & presenting to C-Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, with a consistent track record of accurately documenting the sales cycle.
  • Must work from home country (Canada or USA).

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDPPICC.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Linkedin Sales Navigator & Outreach.
