TL;DR

Lead Enterprise Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Responsible for targeting, nurturing, and growing relationships with Federal System Integrators and Civilian agencies, ultimately proving the value of hirify.global’s cyber resilience SaaS platform. Focus on winning new business, identifying upsell opportunities, and addressing the cybersecurity skills gap faced by senior leaders.

Location: Remote (USA). Candidates must be physically located in the DC Metro area, Virginia, or Maryland. The North American HQ is in Boston.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity.

What you will do

  • Win and retain new business with the largest Federal System Integrator customers and Civilian agencies, then grow hirify.global's presence within those accounts.
  • Leverage marketing leads, technical resources, and channel/alliance partners as required.
  • Attend relevant industry events to educate the market on the value of hirify.global's offering.
  • Run a seamless partnership with the Customer Success team to identify opportunities for upsell within key accounts.
  • Live the hirify.global values, displaying the culture to prospect companies through interactions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience selling to large complex Federal System Integrators and/or Civilian agencies.
  • Experience in a high-growth company, understanding the pace and attention to detail required to succeed.
  • Understanding of the challenges senior cybersecurity leaders face each day, including CISOs, VPs of Cyber, and Senior SOC leaders.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas and winning net-new logos at complex global customers.
  • Experience leading a sales cycle, educating clients on the true value of a new cybersecurity solution.
  • Executed account plans using all available resources including Channel Partners, SDRs, Pre-sales, and professional services within an efficient timescale.
