What you will do

• Lead major team projects and OKRs for complex customer launches requiring high-level technical strategy.
• Own the full lifecycle of large-scale strategic implementations under minimal guidance.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for leadership and high-value clients during escalations.
• Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers through structured feedback and project reviews.
• Identify systemic issues and develop innovative process improvements for the SE roadmap.
• Represent the SE function in cross-departmental initiatives with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar roles.
• Mastery of programming fundamentals, agentic development, and complex data architectures.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale, high-complexity workstreams.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity and make sound technical decisions under pressure.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
