What you will do

• Lead high-priority strategic workstreams, including pharmacy channel strategy and product commercialization.
• Develop fact-based analyses, including financial modeling, market sizing, and competitive assessments.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Market Access, Product, Marketing, and Corporate Development.
• Structure complex problems and synthesize inputs for ELT and Board-level decision-making.
• Define and track key performance metrics to drive accountability for strategic outcomes.
• Monitor industry dynamics and market trends to proactively identify strategic implications.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB/top-tier), corporate strategy, or investment banking (5+ years if non-top-tier background).
• Advanced analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market sizing.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
