What you will do

• Serve as the primary field-facing contact for access and reimbursement inquiries from assigned accounts.
• Analyze and resolve reimbursement barriers by collaborating with providers, revenue cycle teams, and payers.
• Train provider staff on billing, coding, prior authorization, and coverage requirements.
• Act as a regional subject matter expert on payer policy, claims workflows, and market access strategy.
• Partner with sales and internal teams to ensure seamless account onboarding and integration.
• Use data analytics to identify trends in denials and access delays to improve pathways.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with the ability to travel 50% or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle management, or market access.
• Strong understanding of coding (CPT/ICD-10), billing, and payer adjudication.
• Proven ability to manage complex accounts, including IDNs and large health systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Nice to have

• CPC or relevant coding/billing certification.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or diagnostics.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial payer landscape.
